Freeware: Assembler - DASRC - DA$DISKR

DA$DISKR is a batch utility that performs Disk Space Reporting. It produces reports on disk usage at the VTOC level. It will scan all or part of your DASD farm and report volume level information (space on pack, VTOC sizes etc.) and optionally report on datasets found on the volumes processed.
